    We are a direct manufacturing factory located in Hangzhou,, with our own R&D team, production workshop and testing equipment. We can provide factory-direct prices and OEM/ODM services for global customers.

    For small accessories, we can provide free samples (the customer only needs to bear the freight). For large complete sets of water treatment equipment, we can provide product test reports, factory video, and on-site inspection service (we can arrange pick-up for customers who come to the factory).

    Absolutely. We support full customization including processing capacity (e.g., 10m³/h, 50m³/h), material, size, and functional configuration. We only need you to provide detailed water quality reports, processing capacity requirements and site layout drawings.

    All our water treatment equipment enjoy a 12-month warranty period (calculated from the date of delivery). During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged spare parts (excluding artificial damage and improper use).
