    The machine is virtually consumable-free (no sand or chemicals needed). The only wear part is the Protective Lens, which is inexpensive and typically replaced every 3-6 months. Maintenance primarily involves periodically checking the distilled water in the cooling system.

    Pulsed lasers (100W-1000W) use high-intensity bursts with minimal heat input, ideal for high-precision parts where the substrate must remain intact (e.g., molds, historical relics, electronics). CW lasers (1000W-6000W) offer much higher cleaning speeds and better cost-efficiency but generate more heat, making them best suited for heavy-duty industrial rust removal and large-scale paint stripping.

    For general industrial maintenance (light rust/paint), a 1500W-2000W CW model is recommended. For heavy oxide layers exceeding 1mm, a 3000W unit is better for efficiency. If working with aluminum or precision stainless steel, we recommend a Pulsed laser to prevent thermal warping.

    Laser cleaning is a non-contact process. By adjusting the laser frequency and scanning speed, we ensure the energy only interacts with the contaminants. For extremely sensitive materials, pulsed technology can achieve "zero-damage" cleaning.
