Processing capacity ranges from 10t/h to 280t/h, flexible to match different mineral beneficiation production lines, perfectly matched with GPS series high frequency screen for full mineral separation workflow.

Strict feeding size control of 2-3mm, low drum rotation speed under 35r/min (large models below 14-20r/min), stable operation, low material splash rate, reducing raw material waste and improving raw ore utilization by over 12%.

Equipped with high-grade NdFeB permanent magnet system, strong magnetic field intensity, long service life without frequent magnetization.

Magnet retention rate above 95% after 8 years of continuous work, far better than ordinary ferrite magnetic separators, cutting later maintenance costs greatly.

Ultra-high iron recovery rate up to 98% for magnetite, magnetically separate iron ore, hematite, river sand iron, manganese ore and slag iron efficiently, effectively extract ferrous metal impurities from non-ferrous mineral slurry, boost finished ore grade and economic benefits for mining factories. Separation drum adopts thick anti-corrosion stainless steel liner, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, suitable for wet mineral pulp long-term soaking. No rust or perforation under continuous 24-hour running, extend drum service cycle by 3x compared with carbon steel drums.

Independent water flushing pipeline design, high-pressure water evenly washes magnetic minerals stuck on drum surface, avoid magnetic blockage that reduces separation efficiency; adjustable flushing water flow to adapt pulp concentration changes.

Separating tank adopts inclined flow trough design, smooth pulp circulation, no material deposition dead zone, prevent fine ore sediment blocking the separation area, stable separation effect even with uneven feeding flow.
