Boasting 1000-ton ultra-heavy hydraulic shearing force, this machine effortlessly cuts thick steel plates, solid iron blocks, heavy steel structures and oversized bulk scrap metals. It easily handles tough materials beyond the capacity of standard shears, achieving one-time flat and neat cutting for efficient batch processing.

It adopts large-size industrial configuration with a 1700mm ultra-wide shear blade and a 6.2m long feeding box. The oversized feeding cavity accommodates extra-long and large steel materials directly without pre-cutting or secondary processing, simplifying workflows and ensuring smooth, jam-free continuous shearing.

With professional power and hydraulic system matching, it achieves a high stable daily output of 150 tons, perfectly meeting the high-volume production demands of large scrap yards and professional dismantling bases. It maintains consistent cyclic operation efficiency for long-hour mass production.

It balances extreme performance and energy efficiency, with controlled fuel consumption of 16L-18L per hour. The optimized hydraulic circuit reduces energy loss and carbon emissions, realizing low operating costs and eco-friendly green industrial operation.
