API pumping units description
Pumping unit is the ground power equipment used in SRP system.
API B Series pumping unit is a light-weight conventional beam pumping unit, adopting walking beam as its way of balance. API C Series pumping unit is a conventional beam pumping units, adopting crank as its way of balance.
B series features
1. Simple structure, easy maintenance and long lifespan. 2. Adopted the involute or biarc herring bone gear in symmetric distribution type to transmit, the reducer operates stably and reliably. 3. The whole machine is light weighted, convenient for installation and transportation. 4. This model is fit for the oil pumping in shallow well with short length of stroke and light loads.
C series features
1. Featured in modular and virtual manufacturing technology design, the product boasts of its optimizing structure and high level of standardization, generalization and serialization. 2. Having passed the FEM(finite element) analysis and research, the key structural components possess stable performance and high reliability. 3. Adopted the involute or biarc herring bone gear in symmetric distribution type to transmit, the reducer is renowned for its tight seal, low noise, smooth operation and reliability and durability. 4. The whole machine features in easy operation, convenient maintenance and long lifespan.
