PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HH-44A core drilling rig is a core drilling equipment for diamond and cemented carbide drilling. It is mainly used in geology, metallurgy, coal, hydrology, engineering and other industries. It can also be used for engineering geological exploration, shallow oil and natural gas extraction, Mine tunnel ventilation, drainage, hydrological well drilling and large-diameter foundation pile engineering construction, etc.

PRODUCT FEATURE

1. The drilling rig has a large number of rotation speeds (12 forward rotations and 2 reverse rotations) and a reasonable rotation speed range. The low-speed torque is large (up to 8000N.m), which is suitable for alloy and diamond core drilling as well as Engineering geological survey, hydrological water well drilling and foundation pile engineering construction.

2. The vertical shaft has a large through-hole diameter (93mm), double-cylinder hydraulic feed, long stroke (up to 600mm), and strong process adaptability, especially suitable for larger diameter drill rod rope core (upper core) drilling. Conducive to improving drilling efficiency.

3. It adopts Tsinghua Wanliyang 6T46 gearbox, which is widely matched with truck models such as Foton, Jianghuai, Kama and Wuzheng. Mature technology, stable quality, strong overload capacity, after-sales service stations and accessories all over the country.

4. The hydraulic chuck is a disc spring chuck, hydraulic cylinder unclamped, three slips automatic centering hydraulic chuck.

5. The hydraulic system adopts gear oil pump for oil supply, which is simple to install, easy to use, low power consumption, low oil temperature of the hydraulic system, and stable operation. The system is equipped with a hand-operated oil pump. When the power machine cannot work, the hand-operated oil pump can still be used to pull out the drill tool in the hole.

6. Power is FAW Xichai 4110 (81 kW) naturally aspirated engine, Guangxi Yuchai 4110 (105 kW) turbocharged engine is optional.

7. The center of gravity of the drilling rig is low, the moving distance is long (460mm), the fixing is firm, and the high-speed drilling stability is good.

8. Equipped with anti-vibration instrument, which is helpful to grasp the situation in the hole. Less manipulation handle, flexible manipulation.
