It handles soybean oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, palm oil, peanut oil, corn oil, canola oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, blended cooking oil, and other edible oils with similar viscosity.

The complete line integrates three processes: 8-head automatic filling, automatic capping, and automatic labeling. All three stations run in sequence on one automated line, covering the full bottling process from empty bottle input to labeled finished product output.

Production capacity is 4000-7000 bottles per hour using 8 filling heads. Filling accuracy is +/-1%, ensuring consistent fill volume and minimizing material waste across all bottle sizes.

Standard filling range is 100ml to 5000ml, covering small retail bottles (100ml, 200ml, 500ml), standard family bottles (1L, 2L), and large containers (5L). Custom filling ranges are available on request.

The anti-drip filling nozzle uses a mechanical valve that closes immediately after each fill cycle, preventing residual oil from dripping onto the bottle exterior or production area. This keeps bottles clean for labeling, reduces product waste, and maintains a clean hygienic production environment - especially important for oil products which are slippery and difficult to clean.

Yes. All product-contact parts are made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, compliant with food hygiene standards. The machine is CE certified and meets international export requirements for food processing equipment.

MOQ is 1 set. Standard lead time is 20-30 working days after order confirmation and payment receipt.

We provide 1-year warranty on the whole machine. Video installation guidance is available. On-site installation and training service is available on request. Overseas engineer service can be arranged if needed. Every unit ships with a machine test report and video inspection record.
