    Around 30-80 days, delivery perious will vary from different types of machinery.

    Acceptable payment of terms: T/T, L/C, Cash after signing the contract, first deposit 30% of total as prepayment, and rest 70% after FAT but before shipment.

    A: We guarantee all the machines are brand new, and manufacture as per appprobation by user. B: We guarantee every set of machine after shipment warranty is 15months against BL date, during warranty period we will dispatch skilled technician to debug onsite in abroad, and send free backups caused by the malfunction of machines. We guarantee we will reply the user's bewilderment within 24hrs after receiving notification.

    First pack with plastice membrane wrap on the surface of machines,external we use plywood case, finally load in the containers.

    We will provide picking-up services at airport or hotel, then receive a visit, we can prepare the relevant materials for guests and organize a tentative trial at our laboratory room. After testing the materials we can negotiate the technologies, give our useful suggestions from our former project cases and schematize the technical proposal for customers. Secondly, we can guide our customers to visit our users' factory located to see the effect.

    We need to know the information as below: What is your material name? What is the initial moisture percentage before drying? What is the residual moisture percentage after drying? What is the heating temperature your material can undertake during drying process? What is the heating source, steam, electricity, natural gas or others? What about the feeding capacity how many kgs/hr do you want? What about the size of the granules of your product?
