Product description
The Wobbler Feeder is a highly efficient and durable feeding system designed for the handling of wet, sticky, and bulk materials in heavy-duty applications. It ensures continuous and controlled feed while simultaneously performing effective scalping and fines removal.
The secret behind the wobbler feeder’s ability to handle wet, sticky or dry oversize material is in the original “Wobbler Feeder Principle”. The positive action of the rotating elliptical bars causes material to tumble forward assuring separation of fines and a uniform feed rate. This helps to greatly increase the capacity of the crusher or impactor being fed since material is delivered free of dirt and clay.
Materials handled Bauxite, clay, coral limestone, diorite copper ore, dolerite, friable clay, gold ore, granite, gypsum. Ilmenite, interstitial clay, iron ore, kaolin, laterite ore, limestone, marble, marl, medium hard copper. Nickel ore, pea and rice rock, quarried basalt, sandstone, selma chalk, silica, slag, soft shale, titanium chips, and wet clay type shale.
* Wet and Sticky Material Handling: Ideal for clay, limestone, and other adhesive materials that often clog conventional feeders. * Simultaneous Scalping and Feeding: Removes fines and pre-screens material before it reaches the primary crusher. * Adjustable Speed and Shaft Gap: Allows fine-tuning of feed rate and separation efficiency. * Robust and Wear-Resistant Design: Built to withstand heavy impacts and abrasive materials in harsh working environments.
Why FRP roller screens? * Bars are self-cleaning * Material can be dumped directly onto the feed end, which is under a hopper, to provide a load that enhances the scrubbing or cleaning action needed to remove sticky fines * Can be fed by an Apron Feeder to serve as a scalper before a crusher * Rotation speed of the bars can be variable with the use of a variable frequency controller on the drive motor * For extreme applications, optional solid bars are available
