    The system achieves a CO2 recovery rate of 90 percent or higher, with advanced configurations reaching up to 95 percent. This high efficiency maximizes the yield from flue gas containing only 8 to 35 percent CO2, making it economically viable even for low concentration sources like coal or gas fired boilers.

    You can obtain industrial grade over 99.5 percent purity or food grade over 99.99 percent purity. Industrial grade is used for metal welding, dry ice production, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR). Food grade meets ISBT and EIGA standards for beverage carbonation, food preservation, and medical applications. The purity is adjustable based on downstream needs.

    The electrical energy consumption ranges from 190 to 250 kWh per ton of CO2, depending on plant scale and configuration. Additionally, the system requires about 1.0 to 1.5 tons of low pressure steam per ton of CO2 for solvent regeneration. Compared to traditional combustion based CO2 production, this system saves up to 45 percent in overall energy costs.
