working principle
In th e working state,the speed regulation motor drives the vertical drive shaft to rotate through the transmission device,and the material enters the powder dressing chamber through the inlet at the top of the separator.Then the pipe between the upper and lower cones of the medium coarse powder collecting cone falls on the distributing plate,which rotates with the vertical drive shaft,and the material is uniformly scattered around the area under the action of the inertia centrifugal force.Under the action of high-speed airflow through the inlet of the dispersed material,the coarse particles in the material are dumped to the inner wall of the powder dressing chamber by the action of inertial centrifugal force.After the collision, the kinetic energy slid down the wall and fell into the coarse powder collecting cone. The rest of the particles were rolled up by the swirling updraft, passing through the action zone of the gale leaves, under the impact of the gale leaves.
