Frequently asked questions

TRT barrel casing refers to the cylindrical integral cylinder of blast furnace top gas recovery turbine unit. Our hydraulic clamping ring is specially designed for split flanges of steel plant TRT barrel casing, replacing traditional bolts for quick disassembly and sealing compaction. It fits all 2000kW~30000kW blast furnace TRT power units.

The main ring is forged 42CrMo alloy steel with quenching & tempering treatment, long-term working temperature ≤350℃, perfectly suitable for high-temperature blast furnace gas environment. The locking chain blocks are 45# steel with high-frequency quenching, wear-resistant and anti-deformation.

Standard 20T 32T self-locking screw jacks. Multi-point synchronous tightening structure ensures circumferential force deviation ≤0.05mm, avoiding flange deformation and gas leakage.

15~20 working days for standard models, 25~35 days for large custom sizes. 12-month warranty, free repair & replacement for manufacturing defects and jack failures excluding man-made damage.

We provide full-cycle technical services including on-site equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis, major overhaul and performance retrofitting, as well as spare parts supply and customized machining.
