Custom horizontal carbonization furnace specially designed for integrated dewax and carbonization treatment of silicon nitride ceramic components under inert gas environment.

Widely used in advanced structural ceramic factories, semiconductor ceramic component manufacturers and material R&D labs.

Suitable for pre-treatment of silicon nitride ceramic blanks before high-temperature sintering, removing wax and organic binder completely.

After dewax carbonization, silicon nitride parts gain higher purity and better compactness, ideal for wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant mechanical components.

Balanced batch processing capacity fits both mass industrial production and small sample trial testing for new silicon nitride ceramic formulas.

Batch-type large-capacity cavity realizes centralized loading of carbon black raw materials, improving single-cycle processing capacity and suitable for continuous mass purification production.

High-temperature resistant internal lining components resist long-time erosion of volatile gas generated by carbon black, effectively extending the service life of the furnace body.

Complete real-time monitoring system tracks vacuum degree, temperature and inert gas flow, recording full production data to support batch quality traceability of carbon black products.

Intelligent over-temperature, over-pressure and gas shortage safety protection mechanisms avoid equipment risks during long-cycle carbonization operation.
