The grizzly bar section at the discharge end effectively screens out fine materials and removes soil before they enter the primary crusher. This increases overall crushing capacity and reduces wear on the crusher. One machine serves two purposes, making the system more economical and efficient.

The specially designed stepped grizzly bars ensure smooth material flow and prevent clogging, even with sticky or wet materials. Gap between bars is adjustable to control the size of pre-screened materials, providing flexibility for different application requirements.

The vibrator generates strong and stable excitation force, ensuring continuous and uniform feeding. Optional variable frequency motor allows precise adjustment of feeding capacity without frequent start-stop, saving energy and extending motor life.
