The power assembly of this tractor has excellent low-speed large torque output characteristics, when the vehicle is fully loaded with stone, sand, cement and other heavy building materials to climb steep mountain roads and rugged quarry ramps, it can output strong starting power at low speed, avoiding vehicle flameout and powerless climbing problems common in small torque engines.

The front drive axle adopts integral reinforced widened bearing structure, the axle housing wall thickness and internal bearing specification are upgraded comprehensively, the overall load bearing limit is greatly improved, long-term full-load heavy transport operation will not produce axle bending, fracture and oil leakage failures, suitable for long-term mining heavy cargo transportation scenarios.

The vehicle is equipped with labor-saving hydraulic automatic traction pin mechanism, compared with traditional manual mechanical traction pins, single driver can independently complete the separation and locking operation between tractor head and semi-trailer without manual lifting heavy lock rod, greatly saving yard docking labor time and reducing driver physical consumption.

An independent large circulation water cooling heat dissipation system is installed for the engine, the heat exchange area of the radiator is increased by 40% compared with ordinary models, the heat dissipation efficiency is stable and lasting, even under continuous 12-hour high-intensity operation in tropical 40℃ high temperature environment, the engine will not have overheating alarm and power limit failure.

All core power components of the vehicle adopt long maintenance cycle design, the replacement cycle of engine oil, filter element and transmission lubricating oil is extended by nearly half, which effectively reduces the frequency of vehicle shutdown maintenance for fleets operating in remote mountainous and mining areas with backward maintenance conditions, improving the actual vehicle attendance rate.
