  • Pneumatic cylinders lower the tubes into the feed hopper, and a pneumatic mechanism in the discharge zone sequentially pushes them onto the conveyor belt, which is then driven by a motor to feed the tubes into the polishing machine.
  • This machine with the single-drive, single-action synchronous adjustment mechanism improves belt tension, prevents rubber wheel slippage, ensures consistent tilt angles, reduces the risk of belt damage, and stabilizes the linear speed of the pipe, the speed differential relative to the grinding head, and the friction force.
  • The main polishing unit features an enclosed design with a built-in automatic waxing system. This system utilizes advanced domestic technology to replicate manual waxing, ensuring proven, reliable performance. It is the only unit on the market capable of internal waxing while allowing the door panel to remain closed during operation; this significantly minimizes dust leakage and greatly facilitates dust control.
