  • Short discharge path prevents dust buildup: Bottom discharge outlet is located directly under the screen mesh, which eliminates unnecessary horizontal conveying of fine metal powders. Less internal powder accumulation means reduced cleaning cycles and less downtime.
  • Explosion proof and durable contact parts for hazardous metal dusts: Heavy duty construction with stainless steel contact parts. Explosion proof motor option can be added for combustible metal dusts like aluminum powder or magnesium alloy powder. This configuration reduces sparking risks and meets safety regulations for powder metallurgy environments.
  • Full stainless steel construction for clean metallurgy production: All material contact surfaces are stainless steel. Smooth interior finish has no dead corners, which prevents metal powder retention and simplifies cleaning between alloy batches.
