  • STYBH Chinese type box substation is a special kind of prefabricated substation. It integrates transformer, high voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgear and auxiliary parts. It features compact structure, high safety reliability and easy maintenance. It is widely used in residential power distribution, photovoltaic and wind power generation projects. It adopts vertical installation design with small size and light weight. Without independent transformer room, its floor space is only about 58 percent of European type box substation for easy installation and transportation. Oil immersed transformer with external wiring saves more space. Complete safety devices including earthing switch and lightning arrester are equipped. Mechanical interlock between earthing switch and main switch protects maintenance staff. Open arranged transformer radiators adopt natural ventilation to avoid fan failure risk from forced ventilation. High voltage and low voltage compartments are separated. Maintenance for one unit will not shut down other equipment for easy service. Good heat dissipation reduces overheating loss. It has strong environmental adaptability and can operate at altitude up to 3000 meters. Rain proof, dust proof, sand proof and anti corrosion performance support long term outdoor operation. Equipped with gas relay, temperature and humidity protection, the intelligent system realizes four remote functions of remote measurement, remote signal, remote control and remote adjustment. The whole unit can be lifted for easy on site installation and lower construction difficulty. Enclosure protection level reaches IP44 for outdoor application. Custom configuration is available for different projects. Every unit passes full inspection before delivery with stable quality. It fits outdoor power distribution scenarios of new energy, municipal works and industrial mining.
