  • JINSHANGKA Metal Mineral Dressing Reagent Instructions for Use 1.Application Scope 1.1Applicable Ore Types: Gold and silver oxide ore, primary ore, cyanide tailings, gold concentrate, pyrite slag, lead-zinc slag, anode mud, and other gold-bearing materials 1.2Applicable Beneficiation Processes: Heap leaching, vat leaching, Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP/agitation leaching), etc. 2.Product Form Powder form (or granular form). 3.Dissolution Method Fully dissolve the product with water at normal temperature before use. Flowing water or sufficient stirring can speed up dissolution. The recommended solution concentration of JINSHANGKA is maintained at 10% to 20%. 4.Alkalinity Adjustment Generally adjust alkalinity with lime or caustic soda to keep the pH value stable at 10.5 to 11.5. Timely adjust alkalinity if the pH value of backwater drops. Note: Long-term excessively high pH value (above 12) will cause alkali scale formation, hinder activated carbon adsorption, or lead to solution passivation and reduce leaching efficiency. 5.Dosage Calculation For easily leachable ores, the dosage of JINSHANGKA can be referenced to that of sodium cyanide. It is recommended to conduct mineral processing tests to confirm the optimal operating parameters. Common dosage for gold oxide ore: 1-2 g per ton of ore. The in-solution concentration is usually kept at 0.3 per thousand to 0.8 per thousand. Adjust appropriately according to different ore grades and harmful impurity contents. Supplement Dosage Calculation Formula: Supplement dosage = (Optimal concentration - Actual measured concentration) x Water volume in dosing tank Example: Set the optimal JINSHANGKA concentration as 1.5 per thousand (calculated by water volume), the backwater concentration is 0.6 per thousand, and the liquid volume of the barren solution tank is 500 cubic meters. Supplement dosage = (1.5 - 0.6) x 500 = 450 kg
