Frequently asked questions

Yes, our products comply with CE, ISO,SGS and other standards. We ensure all certifications remain valid (the renewal process takes approximately one month).

You need to offer the size of the materials you want to process or the size of the cutting table.

It is not a vertical cutting for a waterjet cutter. This is due to the physical characteristics of waterjet. If it is required precise vertical angle cutting, we will provide you with a five-axis dynamic cutting system. It can make a small angle compensation in the software.

For courier services, we offer options such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS for shipping the spare parts and wear parts of water jet cutting machines. We also have ocean freight forwarding companies available, and we support pricing based on Incoterms CIF and DAP, depending on your delivery location. Door-to-door service is also available.

Standard Motors (380V, 50Hz, 3-Phase): 3-Axis Standard Models: Approximately 25-30 days. AC 5-Axis Models: Approximately 35 days. G-Series Large Gantry Models: Approximately 45 days. Non-Standard Motors (e.g., 220V/50Hz/3-Phase, 380V/60Hz/3-Phase, 400V/50-60Hz/3-Phase): Approximately 50 days, as custom motor procurement takes about 45 days.

Yes, we can customize the branding based on client requirements. For instance: If a client acts as a middleman, we can affix their company's logo instead. For domestic trading companies handling export, if they wish to prevent end-clients from directly identifying our factory, we can omit any YC-related logos entirely.
