  • Our silica gel sand filter adopts high-quality carbon steel or 304/316 stainless steel tank with integral welding technology, anti-corrosion treatment, high pressure resistance and zero leakage, ensuring stable structure and long service life. The internal filter medium is high-purity silica gel sand with uniform particle size and developed micropore structure, providing large specific surface area and strong physical adsorption capacity. Manufactured with standardized precision craftsmanship, the tank inner wall is smooth without dead corners, equipped with uniform flow distribution structure to ensure full and even contact between oil and filter media for stable filtering effect. Working completely by physical adsorption and interception without any chemical additives or secondary pollution, the equipment can effectively remove moisture, fine impurities, colloid, pigment and peculiar odor from waste diesel, used engine oil, pyrolysis oil, hydraulic oil and other industrial oils, obviously improving oil clarity and quality. The silica gel sand is reusable and can be restored by heating regeneration after adsorbing conventional impurities, which greatly reduces operating and consumable costs. Featuring simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low pressure loss and large dirt holding capacity, the filter can work independently or cooperate with the complete waste oil regeneration
