Highlights at a glance

  • The IH series pumps have 29 basic models, of which 22 are dual-speed (2900, 1450 r/min), and after the impeller diameter is modified in types A and B, there are 112 specifications.
  • They mainly consist of the pump body, impeller transmission line, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing components, intermediate bracket, shaft, suspension components, and so on. They are directly driven by a motor through an extended coupling, rotating clockwise when viewed from the motor end. The pump cover is fixed to the intermediate bracket through a spigot and then clamped to the middle by the connection of the pump body and the spigot of the intermediate bracket.
  • The pump body has axial suction and radial discharge, is foot-mounted, and can be directly fixed to the base. The suspension parts are fixed to the intermediate bracket through a spigot and supported on the base with suspension brackets. For ease of disassembly, an extended coupling is designed so that during maintenance, there is no need to dismantle the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines, the pump body, or the motor. By simply removing the middle connecting piece of the coupling, the rotor components can be withdrawn for maintenance.
