    Screen printing dryer cures ink fast for small workpieces (up to 200°C, +30% efficiency). Paper tube dryer prevents moisture and deformation for tubes 100-2000mm. Spray dryer uses hot air circulation for coating curing (up to 300°C). Please tell us your material type, size, required temp and time, and we will recommend a suitable model for free.

    Yes. We customize chamber size and pallet specs. For flammable materials we offer explosion proof motor and control system. For corrosive materials we offer 304 or 316L stainless steel. Process: discuss needs, then solution, then drawing, then contract, then production and delivery.

    Screen printing dryer: 2,000-8,000 pcs/day. Paper tube dryer: 500-2,000 tubes/day. Spray dryer: 1,000-3,000 m²/day. We can customize batch size or assembly line mode based on your output to meet large-scale production.

    The quotation includes the main equipment, standard accessories, installation drawings and lifelong technical support, plus English after-sales manuals and operation videos for overseas customers. Freight, VAT and on-site installation are not included.

    For standard screen printing or paper tube drying equipment, lead time is 15 to 25 working days; for large spray drying equipment (including assembly lines), it is 25 to 40 working days. The delivery time is clearly stated in the contract. Force majeure issues will be resolved through mutual negotiation.

    You need a flat and hardened ground with load capacity over 1.5 times the equipment weight. Power supply is 380V three phase for all types. Optional heat sources include electric, steam or gas heating (please provide local gas supply conditions). We will send installation foundation drawings in advance to guide your preparation.

    We provide full process remote installation guidance for all overseas clients, including video calls and graphic tutorials.

    Operation is extremely simple with a touch screen intelligent control system for one click setting of drying parameters. We provide Chinese English bilingual operation training covering parameter adjustment, daily maintenance and safety rules, plus English operation manuals and video tutorials for repeated learning.
