  • Principle:Size-based differential capture of mist droplets - >1μm droplets via inertial impaction, 1-3μm droplets via direct interception, <1μm droplets via Brownian diffusion, all captured by fibers.
  • Structure:Special compressed glass fiber cotton filled between concentric or parallel plate screens; shell materials available in stainless steel, carbon steel, PP or FRP.
  • Materials:Fluorosilicone oil-coated glass fiber cotton (resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid, 99.95% capture efficiency); PTFE (strong acid resistance, suitable for highly corrosive media like fuming sulfuric acid); PP (cost-effective option, applicable below 80°C).
  • Features:Mist removal efficiency over 99%, strong corrosion resistance, low gas flow resistance for energy saving, and easy maintenance.
  • Types:Low-speed type (air velocity 0.08-0.2m/s, captures <1μm droplets via Brownian diffusion, efficiency 94%-99.7%); high-speed type (air velocity 2.0-2.5m/s, captures 1-3μm droplets via inertial impaction and interception, efficiency around 97%).
