  • The CQB magnetic drive chemical pump (referred to as magnetic pump) developed and manufactured by Zhongsheng Company typically consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump.
  • Its core feature is the use of the magnetic coupling to transmit power, achieving zero leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnet of the magnetic coupling to rotate, magnetic lines of force pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnet to drive the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor, transmitting torque without mechanical contact.
  • At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal, thus eliminating any risk of leakage.
