Operational Principle of Cassava Peeling Machine

The equipment is equipped with an independent water circulation system inside, and the water flows backward from the discharge end to the feed end, forming convection with the raw material movement direction, prolonging the contact time between water flow and raw materials, and improving water utilization rate. The friction generated by drum rotation is responsible for peeling, and the reverse water flow is responsible for cleaning and softening the epidermis. The dual functions complete peeling and impurity removal synchronously. Waste water carrying impurities is discharged from the bottom drain, and clean water is continuously supplemented to form a stable circulation.
