  • Customized Process Advantages (Technical Barriers) Adopting industry-leading VIM+VAR double vacuum melting process: We first perform induction melting in a high vacuum environment of 10³Pa to completely remove harmful gases such as H, O, N and non-metallic inclusions, then conduct vacuum arc remelting on the melted electrode bar to further purify the metal and obtain uniform and fine equiaxed grain structure, and finally perform homogenization annealing treatment at 1200℃ for 24 hours to eliminate component segregation, ensuring the material has ultra-low impurity content, excellent resistance to chloride ion pitting corrosion and stable mechanical properties. Upgradable to VIM+ESR electroslag remelting process according to customers' special needs: Through the refining effect of molten slag, we further remove harmful inclusions such as sulfides to obtain higher material purity and more uniform structure, which is especially suitable for aerospace and nuclear power fields with extremely high requirements for fatigue performance and reliability.
  • PSQ Pump Shaft Quality Precision Machining We provide PSQ-grade precision machining that meets the highest pump shaft industry standards, with a complete controlled process: CNC rough turning to remove oxide scale, reserving 1.5-2mm finishing allowance Solution annealing at 1150℃±10℃ followed by rapid water quenching Semi-finish turning, reserving 0.3-0.5mm grinding allowance Multi-pass centerless precision grinding, final tolerance up to H7 grade 100% precision inspection: straightness ≤0.05mm/m, roundness ≤0.02mm, Ra≤1.6μm Ultrasonic cleaning, passivation and vacuum packaging
