We provide standard thicknesses of 5mm 10mm 15mm 20mm 30mm 50mm, and regular sizes of 300,500mm,1000mm. We support customizing any size thickness and shape according to customer drawings, with precise cutting, grooving and drilling, and tolerance controlled within ±0.1mm.

We offer industrial grade (purity 99.0%-99.5%), high purity grade (99.5%-99.9%), ultra-high purity grade (above 99.99%, ash content <30ppm). Industrial grade is used for metallurgy and molds; high purity grade for photovoltaic and electronic heat dissipation; ultra-high purity grade for precision scenarios such as semiconductors and single crystal furnaces.

The temperature resistance can reach over 3000℃ in inert atmosphere; long-term use in air is recommended ≤450℃, short-term ≤1200℃. It will oxidize slowly above 450℃. We can provide products with anti-oxidation impregnation and coating treatment, which can increase anti-oxidation life by 3-5 times.

Each batch is tested for density, hardness, flexural strength, thermal conductivity, resistivity and ash content. We can provide COC (Certificate of Conformity), SGS environmental report, density test report, purity analysis report, and support third-party inspection.

MOQ for regular specifications is 10-50kg, and for custom specifications is 100kg. Bulk purchases (over 1 ton) enjoy ladder prices, the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price. Long-term cooperative customers can enjoy agreement prices and priority production.
