Product details

Gate Valve is a valve whose opening and closing part (gate) is driven by the valve stem and moves back and forth in a straight line perpendicular to the center axis of the valve seat. It mainly plays a cutting role in the pipeline, that is, fully open or fully closed, and is generally not suitable for throttling. Gate valves have the advantages of small fluid resistance, labor-saving opening and closing, and unrestricted medium flow direction, but the structure is more complex than the stop valve, and the processing and maintenance are relatively difficult. The sealing surface is easy to wear and the opening and closing time is longer.
