    This machine is suitable for various creams, lotions, ointments, gels, honey, peanut butter, and other semi-solid or high-viscosity materials, commonly used in cosmetics, daily chemicals, food, and fine chemical industries.

    We use diving nozzles with variable speed control. The nozzle extends to the bottom of the container and lifts slowly as the fill level rises, effectively preventing air bubbles. For pastes that easily trap air, a vacuum degassing unit can also be added.

    Yes. By adjusting the filling volume (digital setting on touch screen) and changing container positioning fixtures, the machine can be used for jars, bottles, or pails from 30ml to 1000ml. For large size changes, customized change parts are available.

    Very little. The machine uses a servo-driven piston pump or rotary lobe pump, providing good metering consistency for different viscosities. Filling accuracy is typically ±0.5%~±1%, and consistency changes can be easily compensated by parameter calibration.

    Very convenient. The filling head, hopper, and pipes are designed with quick-release, no-dead-angle construction, and can be rinsed directly with water or solvent. For frequent product changes, an optional CIP (clean-in-place) system is available to save labor and time.
