    Yes, lever hoists are EN 13157 compliant, CE certified, and manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management.

    Both use a double pawl Weston brake, but the compact series uses a smaller ratchet wheel diameter with closer pawl spacing for the 0.25 t to 1 t range to reduce weight. The standard series uses a larger ratchet diameter with wider pawl spacing for 0.5 t to 9 t, which generates more braking torque per pawl engagement. The larger brake in the standard series also dissipates heat better during prolonged use in hot environments.

    Yes, the lever hoist is unique among manual hoists in this capability. Use the top hook to anchor, attach the bottom hook to the load, and the lever handle allows both vertical lifting and angled pulling without re rigging. This makes it invaluable for pipe fitting where a section must be lifted and then drawn laterally into alignment, or for steel erection where beams need vertical lift followed by horizontal positioning.

    The standard series has a fixed handle length calibrated to require approximately 28 kg to 35 kg of handle effort at rated load, achievable by most operators. The extended handle series adds 150 mm to the lever arm, reducing required effort by roughly 20 percent to around 23 kg at the same load. The trade off is that the longer handle needs more swing clearance, so it is less suitable for confined spaces like ship compartments or inside machinery housings.
