This modular mud circulation tank is widely used in onshore oil & gas drilling, offshore auxiliary mud storage system, horizontal directional crossing HDD pipeline construction, geothermal well drilling and water well exploitation. It cooperates with shale shaker, desander, desilter, mud agitator and centrifuge to form a complete closed-loop drilling fluid solid control circulation system, handling water-based mud, oil-based mud and high-density barite weighted mud.

This tank reserves standardized mounting bases and pipeline interfaces for all mainstream solid control equipment. It perfectly supports shale shakers, desander cyclones, desilter cyclones, explosion-proof mud agitators, sand centrifugal pumps, decanter centrifuges and weighting mixing hoppers. We can provide a full set of matched solid control machines as one-stop supporting supply according to your project demands.

The tank body uses full penetration argon arc welding to eliminate leakage hidden danger. Internal wall is sprayed with 2 layers of high-hardness anti-corrosion epoxy coating with total thickness over 200μm; external surface adopts sand blasting + anti-rust primer + weather-resistant finish paint. All liquid contact valves and pipelines use corrosion-resistant alloy materials, and each tank passes 72-hour water pressure leakage test before delivery.
