Our ZFQ Series Vertical Oil & Gas Fired Steam Generator is engineered for demanding industrial applications, combining advanced design, precision manufacturing and intelligent control for reliable, efficient steam solutions. Its compliance-first architecture limits water volume to 29.5L, well below the 30L threshold in TSG 11-2026, granting full exemption from special equipment supervision. No approvals, registration, annual inspections or certified operators are required, allowing you to start production within hours of delivery. The unit is fully factory-assembled and undergoes 48 hours of continuous full-load testing before shipping. Simply connect water, electricity and fuel to operate. The advanced vertical two-pass fire tube plus external economizer three-pass heat exchange system maximizes heat recovery, achieving 93.5% thermal efficiency and reducing exhaust temperatures to below 150℃. It delivers rated pressure in just 3 minutes, enabling fast production startup and responsive load adjustment. Equipped with the YLKZ-X2PRO color LCD controller, it provides real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature and water level, with automatic operation and self-diagnostic fault codes. Nine independent interlock protection systems ensure operational safety. We use premium components: original Baltur/Riello burners with 96.5% combustion efficiency and low NOx emissions, Q345R boiler steel for the pressure vessel, and stainless steel for water-contacting parts. All welds undergo 100% X-ray non-destructive testing. Our generators are available in 0.1-4t/h capacities and 0.09-0.7MPa pressure ratings for diverse applications. We offer end-to-end services: free pre-sales system design, 24-hour production tracking, on-time delivery, overseas engineer installation and training, 1-year warranty and lifetime support. OEM/ODM customization is supported, with full international certifications and patents.
