It can sustain continuous harsh working temperature over 850 degrees Celsius inside engine combustion chamber without deformation or crack. The material structure effectively avoids valve head ablation or collapse when diesel engine runs under full load for long hours on farm tiller generator and construction road cutter equipment.All exhaust valve sealing face adopts professional stellite cobalt base alloy overlay welding craft. The cobalt alloy layer brings excellent wear resistance and heat burn resistance compared with ordinary untreated valves. It keeps tight cylinder sealing status after thousands of working cycles and prevents gas leakage caused by high temperature erosion. Good sealing performance helps engine maintain stable compression ratio avoid insufficient output difficult startup and heavy black smoke exhaust faults.Whole valve stem goes through strict high temperature gas nitriding heat processing to form compact hardening layer on outer surface. Hardened valve stem greatly lowers friction abrasion between stem and valve guide bush during frequent reciprocating movement. Slower wear speed keeps reasonable matching clearance and reduces abnormal engine oil consumption caused by oversized clearance gap. Users can save extra maintenance and replacement cost in long term use.Every valve component including valve disc stem and retainer lock slot is finished with full automatic CNC precision turning processing. All size parameters follow original factory standard tolerance range without dimension deviation. Accurate lock slot position and valve head radian realize perfect matching with original cylinder head valve spring and split cotter parts.Customers can finish direct plug and play installation without extra grinding
