Our dryers stand out with industry-leading energy efficiency, featuring 6 national invention patents. The patented heat recovery system recycles up to 40% of external diffusive heat and 18% of residual heat from steam condensate, achieving an excellent energy consumption coefficient of 1.73. It also has faster drying speed, closed lint filtration system, accurate humidity control and user-friendly HMI touch screen, significantly reducing operating costs and improving laundry efficiency.

Thanks to the dual heat recovery technology (lump-shaped heater + hydrophobic heat recovery system), our dryer can -40% of steam/electricity consumption under the same drying load. It also shortens drying time by about 20%, reduces the number of machines needed for the same workload, and lowers the ambient temperature of the laundry room by 5-8℃, improving the working environment.

It is ideal for commercial laundries, hotels, hospitals, schools, garment factories and mining enterprises. It can efficiently dry various fabrics including bed sheets, duvet covers, towels, bathrobes, work uniforms, tablecloths and general clothing, without damaging the fabric fibers.

The intelligent humidity control system accurately detects the moisture content of the linen and automatically stops drying when the set humidity is reached. This avoids over-drying (which wastes energy and damages fabrics) or under-drying, ensuring consistent drying quality and further reducing energy consumption.

Two heating methods are available:Steam heating (GZZ series): Suitable for places with existing steam boilers, lower operating costs.Electric heating (GDZ series): Easy to install, no need for boiler support, suitable for small and medium-sized laundries

The standard rated voltage is 380V/50Hz, three-phase. We can customize the voltage and frequency according to the local power standards of different countries and regions (such as 220V/60Hz, 415V/50Hz, 480V/60Hz, etc.) for free.

We offer four standard capacities to meet different needs: 30kg (GZZ-30G/GDZ-30G), 50kg (GZZ-50G/GDZ-50G), 70kg (GZZ-70G/GDZ-70G) and 100kg (GZZ-100G/GDZ-100G). Customized capacities are also available upon request.

We normally use wooden pallet packaging for export shipments. Reinforced wooden crate packaging is available upon request to ensure maximum safety during ocean transportation.
