If you need our engineer go to install and test machine in your country, please need to take in charge of his visa, tickets, salary, food and room. The accurate cost please check with us.

We supply some spare parts for free with machine. We will send you spare parts free of charge if they are in warranty. We can provide accessories for damages caused by human error, but the cost will be required.

Our conventional packaging is: Wrap the plastic film around the machine. If you have request or send machine by LCL, can package machine by wooden case or wooden block. (need to add the wooden case or wooden block cost by extra)
