Introduction to Coal Briquette Machine
The coal briquette machine is a kind of high-efficiency mechanical equipment specially used to press and shape raw materials such as coal powder and coal slag. It is mainly used to produce honeycomb coal, coal balls, coal bricks, and other shaped fuel products. Modern coal briquette machines usually consist of five parts: raw material conveying system, mixing system, molding system, hydraulic system, and electronic control system. Working principle of the coal briquette machine: The working principle of the coal briquette machine is mainly based on high-pressure molding technology. Its working process can be divided into four stages: raw material preparation, mixing and stirring, high-pressure molding, and finished product output. The raw materials (coal powder, coal slim, or coal slag) need to be crushed and screened, and the particle size is controlled below 3mm. At the same time, binders (usually clay or special composite binders) and combustion aids are added in proportion, and the moisture content is adjusted to between 12-18%. The pretreated raw materials are sent to the double-shaft mixer through a belt conveyor, and an appropriate amount of water is sprayed during the mixing process. After 5-8 minutes of full mixing, a uniform mixture is formed. After the mixture enters the molding chamber, the hydraulic system drives the punch to press the raw materials into the mold at a pressure of 30-50MPa.
