During vibration, the upper and lower layers move relative to each other, causing screen slots to open and close instantaneously. This effectively prevents clogging by wet coal slime, fine sand and sticky materials, reducing clogging rate by over 70% compared with ordinary screens.
  • Composite Life Extension: Upper layer made of high-manganese steel for wear and impact resistance; lower layer with PU ribs for shock absorption and cushioning, preventing screen wire welding failure and breakage. Service life is 2 times that of single layer high-manganese steel screens.
  • Noise Reduction & Vibration Damping:Interlayer polyurethane cushions material impact, greatly lowering screening noise and reducing the load on vibrating screens.
  • Wedge-Shaped Screen Slots:Features a narrow-top wide-bottom wedge structure. Combined with duplex floating movement, it provides dual anti-clogging performance for faster dewatering and material passing.
