We can provide an accurate quotation based on your 2D/3D drawings (STEP/IGS/PDF), material, quantity, tolerance, surface treatment, and delivery requirements. You can send us your files directly, and we will reply within 2 hours.

We usually require 2D or 3D drawings in STEP, DWG or PDF format. If you don't have the drawings, you can provide samples or detailed specifications of the product, including dimensions, materials, quantities and surface treatments.

Absolutely safe. We take customer intellectual property very seriously. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon your request before we receive your drawings. All uploaded and transmitted files are protected by our internal data security management system and will never be disclosed to any third party.

Yes. We support two approaches: 1.Provide 2D/3D drawings (STEP, IGES, PDF, DWG formats are all acceptable); 2.Provide physical samples, and we will perform reverse engineering using professional measuring equipment to generate machining drawings. Both approaches enable precise customization.

The process is as follows: 1.You provide design drawings or samples; 2.We conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis, provide optimization suggestions and a quotation; 3.After you confirm the plan, we arrange production; 4.Quality inspection is performed before shipment, and an inspection report is provided.

Sample production typically takes 3 to 7 days, depending on part complexity, material, and surface treatment requirements. The sample cost is determined based on drawing evaluation, and this cost will be fully refunded against your subsequent bulk order.

Yes. After order confirmation, we will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly progress reports including actual photos and videos,allowing you to clearly understand the machining status without visiting our facility.
