  • The plate rolling process involves continuous three-point bending of the material; depending on the rolling temperature, it can be classified as cold, hot, or warm rolling. This machinery is primarily used to bend metal plates of specific thicknesses into cylindrical, arc, rectangular, or other shapes with constant or variable curvature. It is an essential piece of equipment for industries such as metallurgy, construction materials, petroleum, chemicals, water conservancy and power, bridge building, coal mining, shipbuilding, boiler manufacturing, aviation, and power transmission/transformation equipment manufacturing.
  • This machine is a hydraulic three-roll plate rolling machine designed to process carbon steel and low-alloy steel (commonly used for vessels) at ambient temperature. It performs edge pre-bending, circular rolling, and rounding in a single pass without the need to reverse or reorient the plate.
  • The top roll is capable of both vertical and horizontal movement.
  • Pre-bending is achieved by moving the top roll horizontally to an asymmetrical position relative to the bottom rolls.
  • Circular rolling is driven by an electric motor and reduction gear that rotate the two bottom rolls.
  • Since the elevation of the bottom rolls remains fixed, material feeding and operation are convenient.
  • The equipment operates smoothly with flexible controls, free from jamming, oil leaks, or abnormal noise.
