  • Adopting a die-cast aluminum epoxy-coated flameproof enclosure and welded metal sensing diaphragm, this switch converts pressure changes into discrete electrical signals to trigger alarm, pump interlock, valve cut-off and equipment overpressure protection. It supports ultra-low water column vacuum up to high 6000 PSI pressure ranges, with customizable wetted parts including 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy C-276 and Monel 400 to adapt to corrosive petrochemical media. It carries mainstream hazardous location certifications and meets SIL 2 functional safety standards, widely recognized for oil & gas, refinery, chemical and energy industrial safety control
  • Certified for Class I Division 1/2, Class II Division 1/2, Class III hazardous locations; compliant with ATEX, IECEx, cULus, CE and SIL 2 functional safety systems (SIL 3 capable)
  • Ultra-stable setpoint drift: less than 1% full range shift under 28°C ambient temperature fluctuation.
  • Passed 15G shock (10ms) and 2.5G vibration (5 to 500Hz) durability test; setpoint remains consistent after long-term field operation
  • Wide ambient working temperature: -50°C ~ +71°C (-58°F ~ 160°F), adaptable to extreme cold oilfield and high-temperature workshop conditions.
