Product description

non-rotating stabilizer (rubber sleeve stabilizer) is able to avoid blade wear and wall damage during drilling. The non-rotating stabilizer consists of mandrel, copper washer, rubber sleeve, spacersleeve and self-locking lower sub.

During drilling, the non-rotating stabilizer transfers the torque by means of mandrel. The rubber sleeve is slidingand moving relative to the mandrel and it plays a role in stabilizing the well. A locking clutch (self-locking lower sub) will help to avoid sleeve rotation during washoveroperation.

1. Sizes and configurations can be manufactured to operator’s requirements, including blade sizes, connections, and types of material.

2. All stabilizer connections can be configured as box x box, as pin x box, or as the operator requires.

3. Welded straight blade for drilling soft formations.

4. Sleeve type allowing less equipment inventory in remote locations.

5. Integral spiral blade allowing 360 ° hole contact for use in hard rock formations.

6. Nonmagnetic stabilizers for applications requiring magnetic isolation.
