1: When we need consider this way to make the plastic parts?
(1) For the small volume production,Usually the quantity less than 200 pcs.
(2) For the rubber parts and the silicon parts.
2: What is the advantage of the vacuum casting silicone mould?
Compared to Plastic Injection Molding and CNC machning way, Vacuum Casting can save time and money.
(1) time: usually the silicone mould can be finished within 2 days. (2) cost: can reduce the cost from 90% to 50% depends the parts.
3: How to make the parts by vacuum casting silicone mould?
(1) Make a ABS part according to the 3D drawing. (2) Make the simple silicone mould by the ABS part. (3) Make the parts we need by the injection of the simple silicone mould. A: Injection the liquid PU material into the silicone mould. B: Put them together into the oven to let them dry enough gradually. C: open the silicone mould and take out the part we need.

A4: We accept 50% as payment deposit, when the goods is done, we take photoes for your check and you then pay the balance.
For small amount, we accept Paypal, Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred

A10: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress. Q11: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
