This series steam boilers support various fuels. Biomass models burn wood chips, straw, rice husk and agricultural waste; oil gas boilers apply natural gas, diesel, LPG; electric boilers use clean power. Factories can recycle self-produced waste as fuel instead of expensive gas or electricity, cutting heating cost over 40% every year with fast investment return.

Reinforced heat exchange structure with waste heat recovery improves thermal efficiency to 85%-98%. Stable saturated steam with constant pressure, fast steam output after startup. Support 24-hour non-stop operation, steady heat source for food cooking, textile setting, wood panel hot pressing and industrial mass production lines.

Integrated PLC intelligent control cabinet realizes automatic water feeding, ignition, fuel frequency conversion adjustment, slag discharge, over-temperature & overpressure protection alarm. Unattended operation with remote monitoring function.

Simple operation, workers can master quickly after short training, save labor management cost for all factories worldwide. Main body integrated welding with Q245R pressure vessel steel plate, non-destructive inspection before delivery, anti-pressure and anti-corrosion.

Equipped with multi interlock protection for water shortage, overpressure, high temperature and explosion prevention. Standard valves, pressure gauges and water pumps ensure low failure rate, service life over 10 years under regular maintenance. Biomass boilers equipped with dust collector to reduce smoke; oil gas boilers match low-nox burners to meet EU & Southeast Asia emission rules; electric boilers produce zero exhaust gas.

All boilers pass CE, ISO international certifications for smooth export customs clearance, help factories pass local environmental inspection without fines or shutdown risks.
