    Yes. Our coal mine feeder is certified Exd II BT4 explosion-proof. All electrical components (motors, junction boxes, sensors) are flameproof. The anti-static belt prevents spark generation. Optional gas linkage shutdown provides an additional safety layer.

    We equip the feeder with a vibrating hopper and anti-arch baffle design. The chevron-pattern belt prevents coal powder from slipping backward. An automatic belt scraper keeps the return side clean. For particularly sticky coal slime, we add aeration pads to the hopper.

    The belt is embedded with conductive carbon strips that dissipate static charges to ground. In dry underground environments, coal dust rubbing against a standard belt can generate dangerous static sparks. Our FR+anti-static belt eliminates this risk.

    High mud/clay content increases material stickiness and density variation. We address this with: (1) Larger hopper opening to prevent bridging; (2) Vibrating discharge to ensure flow; (3) Temperature-compensated load cells to maintain ±0.5% accuracy even under variable density caused by mud content.

    Yes. We offer compact designs with customizable belt width (500mm minimum) and short center distance. The enclosed structure prevents coal dust from escaping in confined spaces. We can also split the unit into modules for easier transport through mine shafts.
