Our Girth Gears (Large Ring Gears) are the "heartbeat" of rotary kilns and ball mills. Precision CNC Machining: Equipped with large-scale Vertical CNC Lathes, we process diameters up to 5,000mm. We achieve precision levels up to ISO Class 8 / DIN 7. Advanced Heat Treatment: We apply Quenching & Tempering (Q&T) and Surface Induction Hardening on gear teeth. This results in a surface hardness of HRC 45-55, drastically reducing wear and extending maintenance cycles. Strict QC & 100% Inspection: We perform Chemical Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) to ensure zero internal defects. Trial Assembly is performed for segmented/split gears to ensure perfect tooth alignment.
