The MD-PUR1400X-0800 is a heavy-duty hot melt PUR flat laminating machine specially designed for the customized production of large furniture supports the flat lamination of both roll and sheet surface materials. The equipment is controlled by an integrated PLC system and is equipped with a 55-gallon large-capacity glue machine, which can precisely supply and efficiently save glue. The main technical parameters include:processing board width of 600-1220mm, board length of 1000-3000mm, board thickness of 3-50mm, and adjustable working speed of 3-18m/min.This model is widely applicable to base materials such as carbon crystal boards, honeycomb boards, SPC, density boards, particle boards, wood-plastic doors, and magnesium oxide boards, as well as surface materials such as PET, PVC, PP, aluminum foil, leather, decorative paper, fireproof boards, acrylic boards, and single wood veneers. It uses an environmentally friendly PUR adhesive with no volatile substances, high bonding strength, and excellent performance. It does not peel off within the temperature range of-40℃ to 150℃, fully meeting the green production standards.
