Precise uniform wall thickness control cuts raw material consumption. Integrally molded containers boast outstanding leak-proof and anti-impact performance. It supports multi-layer co-extrusion and regrind processing to achieve high finished product yield. The servo hydraulic system delivers outstanding energy-saving performance. Combined with variable frequency extrusion, barrel thermal insulation and circulating water cooling, it lowers water and electricity expenditure. Die head trimmings can be recycled for repeated production. Equipped with a PLC touchscreen control system, it saves process parameters for instant recall. Malfunctions trigger audio-visual alarms, and remote fault diagnosis is available to streamline after-sales support for overseas buyers. We supply a complete range of models and accept customized designs, offering one-stop integrated solutions for factory construction and production launch. All complete machines are independently fabricated and assembled for turnkey supply. A 12-month warranty covers the whole unit. We also provide on-site installation, commissioning and practical operational training for operators.

Firstly, our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem via online guidance. if any parts damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement. If you can not fix he problem by replacement of the new parts, we will send engineer to your factory to help fixing the machine.

For some simple machines we will provide you the English operation manual, the operation video and also we will provide you the online guidance and training to your engineer so you can set up the machine easily. For some complicated machines, we will send engineer to your country to help installation and training. But there will be extra cost for Engineer, including the salary, visa cost, round-trip ticket cost, and accommodation fee will be covered by the buyer.
