Frequently asked questions

The core feeding assembly includes heavy-duty feeding chute, high manganese wear liners, grizzly bars, twin vibration motors/exciters, damping spring groups and connecting bases. It realizes quantitative, continuous linear conveying of raw ore.

The maximum acceptable block size is 750 mm, suitable for primary feeding of large hard stones such as granite, basalt and iron ore.

Standard throughput ranges from 400 to 560 tons per hour. The feeding capacity can be adjusted by modifying vibration amplitude or installation angle.

Two ways: 1) Adjust the eccentric block amplitude of vibration motors; 2) Change the machine installation inclination angle (adjustable within 3°-5°). Larger angle brings higher output.

Main causes: raw materials are too wet and sticky, installation angle is too small, or vibration force is insufficient. Solutions: increase inclination angle, raise vibration amplitude or clean accumulated sticky mud regularly.
