Structural composition

Cylinder: carrying materials and steel balls, through the rotation of the steel ball and material friction, collision to grind materials.

Lining plate: embedded in the cylinder, protect the cylinder from material and ball impact, avoid cylinder deformation, and at the same time have a pulling effect on the material, saving energy consumption, improve processing capacity.

Transmission system: It is composed of triangle belt, motor, reducer, pulley, etc., which provides power for the rotation of ball mill.

Main bearing: generally consists of shaft tile, bearing seat, lubrication and cooling system to ensure the stable operation of the ball mill.

Feeding end and discharging end: The material is fed from the feeding end by feeding equipment, so that it is ground in the cylinder, and the finely ground material is discharged from the discharging end, which is equipped with a checker plate for forced ore discharge.

Scope of application: Widely used in electric power, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, non-metallic and other industries, mainly used for cement plant raw material grinding, can also be used for grinding various ores and other grindable materials, especially suitable for metal ore, non-metallic ore grinding operations, in the large and medium-sized beneficiation plant is more widely used.
